Hey everyone. To be honest I'm new to all this, and I don't even have much experience with this kind of electrical engineering. I've read all the info for begginers and I decided I'd like to build some kind of fuzz face. My question is: Is here anyone who recently made something like that? Something easy to build but with decent sound. I don't know which scheme shall i use or which components are more convenient than others. Thanks of advice

If you're still committed to building a fuzz face, make a silicon one. Also, try to find a kit or at least a pre-made PCB to start off.

Take a look at the beginner project here as well. It's a nice starter effect.

Ok, according to the thread you posted, building a fuzz face isn't a right choice for complete newbie. Do you think MXR dist+ would be easy enough? :) and thanks for your response.

Dammit, in country that i live in, there is no chance to buy any kit or some premade pack for guitar pedals, I'll have to buy all the things separately. Where do i fïnd something like a lïst of parts? Or something like that.
