From scratch including pcb. Can you guys think of Any cool mods I could do ?

1) variable gain, which you coud incorporate into IC2a or IC1b.

2) variable corner frequency, which could be in the form of R11 and R14 with a 10k dual-ganged pot, with each section in series with a 15j fixed resistor, so that th effective resistance ranges from 15k-25k.
