Madbean Loophole - Detune not working

Hi guys,

I posted this on Madbean's forum but I'm not getting any responses.  I built the Loophole and it works perfectly except the Detune function does not work at all.  I've triple checked for bridges and cold joints and I've replaced my CD4001BP with a CD4001BE and the problem still persists.  I really love this pedal and want to get it 100% right before putting on my pedal board.  Any help would be very much appreciated.
