Calling the Runoffgroove: EA Trem troubles

Hey there, Runoffgroove team or anyone who dealt successfully with this:

Built the Runoffgroove version of the EA Trem, it does everything suppossed to do EXCEPT it sounds misbiased , has no sweet spot on the trimpot travel, it has NO SOUND-MISBIASED SOUND-NO SOUND... not even a little sweet spot... what happened? how can i fix it? cheers
