First off, I worked as an air and power tool repair tech for a shop for 2 years while in college about 13 years ago.  I have seen the insides of every make and model of cordless drill.  I know what came in the most and least for repair.

How much do you really want to spend on a drill?  That Bosch is going to last you a lifetime with the way you're using it.  Same with a Milwaukee.  Cheaper brands like Black and Decker and Ryobi are not good for someone who uses it all the time, but for a hobbyist it will serve you just fine at a LOT lower cost.

I have a cordless drill at my workbench and it's not a big deal- I always have one battery in the driver and one on charge.  It takes 5 seconds to swap batteries, and drilling even 5 or 10 enclosures won't drain a full battery.  I'd say skip the Black and Decker because they are fairly sketchy... go with a Ryobi 18v and you'll be happy.  Li batteries are nice but not necessary in your application.  I've been using a Ryobi 18v the last 7 years for on my bench, and also to build a huge skateboard ramp and on home projects.  It still works great.
