Russian Small Stone Issues

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a Black Russian Small Stone that I was working on for a friend.  I was initially going to install a blue 3pdt switch in there for true bypass, and now I don't have any phasing effect.  As nothing is labeled on the board and all the connections are white wires, I tried to trace everything as best I could.  I thought that I might have had the board in and out reversed but when I tried that the other way, I got some crazy oscillation so I put the leads to where I had them originally.  Now, no phasing.  If I rotate the pot back and forth, the phasing shifts but not so otherwise.  It's not rotating on it's own.  Did I totally screw something up?
Thanks for any insight you might have.

Chris:

Pictures are worth a thousand words. But in the mean time take a look at this to see if it will help troubleshoot your problem, http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/projects/23-phase-shifters/51-small-stone-information

GGG off board wiring works and I use his diagram with all my boards.

Good luck.

Hey!
Thanks for the advice.  I've got some photos, I'm hoping someone can give me some ideas.

Was it working before you installed the switch?  If so have you tried going back to the original configuration?
