I'm looking for an end of the world fuzz to build... what's the craziest you can think of? I'm mostly looking for an insane amount of low end and an almost unusable quality to it... just pure ripping speaker madness... what should I build!?!?

sorry for this answer, but if you mis-bias alot of fuzzes, you can get what you described...

but you can build a brutal (fuzz rite variant) and put a vox treble/bass booster after it and design the pot sweep for only the bass. the vox  booster was designed to plug directly into the guitar, so it was generally not used after a distortion....but if you do, i have found that it monstrofies fuzzes

good luck

If the archive of Devi's forum ever comes back up she was nice enough to post the schem for the Torn's Peaker and the Never Drive, both of which fit your bill.

Maybe somebody around here has a copy they can send you.

so far it is between the Dirty Sanchez or a Buzz Box (two bazz fuss in series). Also this fuzz is going to be activated not by footswitch but by an evil "detonator" type button that you hold. It's only to be used if the end of the world actually happens this year. I'm going to play the "angle of death" riff while my friend activates the fuzz.

A simple trick to make a fuzz nastier is to add a 5817 schottkey diode to ground right after the input on a SPST switch.  I did this to great effect in the lofo mofo, and this is also how they achieve the distortion in the Black Ice onboard distortion circuit.  It's very nasty sounding.  NOTE:  They show it connected to a pot here, that would work too.

You might even be able to install this on any existing distortion pedal you have and get the sound you're looking for.
