Hey there I just built a Mosrite Fuzzrite kit from General Guitar Gadgets and would like to be able to add some of the dry signal in with the fuzz. I was thinking of working off an opamp circuit I see in a lot of delay and reverb pedals. Does anybody have any experience in doing a mod such as this? Any schematics or info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx.

i thought the fuzz control in a fuzzrite IS already a blend control

It is, but what it mixes is the output from each transistor, not the dry signal.

it blends a semi distorted signal from 1 transistor with the fuzz of the other....he wants a clean signal blended with fuzz?

Without consideration of how much room is in the box...
Thinking outside the box..like LT's signature...
Looper box pedal ! Or figure out if the amplification needed to 'mix' will fit inside the MR box.

Convention creates following, following creates convention.

That is correct I want to have the option of adding the dry signal with the fuzz. There is plenty of room inside the box. The PCB General Guitar Gadgets sent me is a multipurpose fuzz PCB, in which the Mosrite only uses one side of it. I'll probably build the blend circuit on top of it. Thanx for your help.

I built a bass fuzz for a friend and used the Buff & Blend circuit to add a clean blend. It worked out great.

Are talking about the Joel Purkiss Buff 'n Blend signal mixing circuit?
