Polyphase DIY , pcb layout ticking???

Hey gang!

So I finally populated and tested my polyphase diy build. Toppoicone or whatever, and its ticking, now, is the ticking an issue of bad pcb design or can I eliminate it another way?

Can't seem to find any build threads on it.

bypass switch to ground? the search function is quite useful, as is google.

or whatever.
