Looks like there's a few errors to me.

The arrangement of the two 22k resistors, the 100k resistor and the 10uF at the top of the schematic, doesn't match what you've got on the layout. The top of the 22k going to Q1's collector should be on the top row and the top of the 100k and the 10uF should be on the row below.

The connections of the stuff connected to the Q1 emmitor and Q2 collector don't match either, for example all you've got connected to Q2 collector is the 10uF cap going to the volume pot. Also look at where you've got the 100 Ohm (not 100k Ohm) resistor from the 22uF connected.

Awesome thanks. That all makes a lot of sense.  A few of those things felt wrong but I needed some guidance and what you have written really adds up.  Much appreacited.

hi chumbox, just a few tips...

you have used electrolytic caps for all of your caps, (purple ones)  with + and - ...

there are only 4 of those...  2 x10uf    1 x22uf  1x 100uf...

use the other type of caps symbol  for  'non' polarised caps....

stretch out your resistors to 4 holes/ caps to 3 holes/electrolytic caps to 2 holes..... just so you can see the values of them...

its a lot easier on the eye to read too... your getting there ...
