so, we all know the effect leaky germanium can have in the right audio circuit, but what is the sound of leaky silicon? attached is a sound (noise) sample from an ad202 something-or-other. we are trying to locate the source of same, and I'm wondering if it might be a transistor up to some leaky tricks, except I dunno what those tricks sound like.

..... i thought it might be useful to record a small audio sample of the noise, so you can get a better overview.
here you can listen to it. be careful with listening volume because the noise is very low but then at some point there is a spike

does leaky silicon in an audio path have a distinct sound, and if so, is it the sound shown? what mechanism in silicon makes its leaky sound so, whilst germanium sounds the other?

it (the light crackle) sounds very similar to what a transistor (ge or si) sounds like when it's going bad or is bad

About to say it makes no sound at all till I realised you were talking about transistors not implants
