I built a Dr Boogey from MadBean's Chunk Chunk board, and it't incredibly close to my actual Dual Rectifier. But, just like the Recto, it doesn't sound anywhere near as full when the volume is backed off to be at the same level as my bypassed signal for cleans. Has anyone found a fix or workaround for this? With the Recto, I can just max out the Master pot on Channel 2 and use the Output control as a master volume control, and then set the clean channel to match volume-wise. With the Dr Boogey, it's either a full sounding distortion, or a much tinier tone that I can switch off to get cleans.
