Hi everyone,

Does anyone use these capacitors? They are green, bipolar electrolytic caps.

I have 3 of them soldered on a board and I'm trying to verify their polarity. The packaging doesn't show the negative side as usual, and I don't have other capacitors to compare leg lengths with. Looking at Google Images, it looks like the "BP" label is on the negative side, but I'm not 100% sure.

Non-polarized fixed capacitor
A non-polarized ("non polar") capacitor is a type of capacitor that has no implicit polarity -- it can be connected either way in a circuit. Ceramic, mica and some electrolytic capacitors are non-polarized. You'll also sometimes hear people call them "bipolar" capacitors.
