I started a New Topic based on my other topic about building a piano octave using 555 Toy Organ schematic, where  I was originally asking about Cap values for an Octave switch...I worked that out, but now after breadboarding the circuit to experiment with it, I noticed that there is a Popping or clicking sound being amplified when ever I push my Sanwa Arcade button....I tried a 2M2 resistor to GND in many different places, even from one lug of the switch to the other, but failed to get rid of the pop....I realize this isn't like putting a pull down resistor at the input of an effects pedal build.....Does anyone here know what can be done to get rid of the popping in a 555 Toy Organ type of circuit?
