Help me identify some unidentifiable boards

I etched and drilled these, but I have no idea what the heck they are, and there are just too darn many files on the hard drive to sift through and find out.

Any clues?  Any hint of familiarity?

Baord 1. I don't know what it is but on first glance i can see a 14 pin chip that has ist's power on pins 4 and 11, so you could work out what that chip is first. Quite a few chips like that  I know ! but it's a start

Or maybe not as I see the IC Has Vss to pin 3 or 10.

Did another directory browse, and ran into some board layouts from the Boscorelli book that had a similar style.  Just positively confirmed that Board 1 is the Tone-O-Matic.  Still no idea about Board 2, though.
