Switch for expression jack to control different parameters?

I didn't see this covered here, so here goes.

I'm building the EA Gristleizer and want to add an expression jack. There are 3 parameters that are useful to control, but I don't see myself wanting expression control of more than one at a time. Therefore, I'd like to make it where a single expression jack is switchable via a 3 position switch or rotary dial, kind of like the ehx deluxe memory boy.

What is the best way to do this? Are there any tutorials or diagrams online?

Well the switch would be taking the potentiometer out of the circuit, then routing the connections to the output jack for the expression control. It's easy if the pots are configured as variable resistors because you only have two leads to worry about for each pot. I've never played around with rotary switches, but it would have to be at least a two pole triple throw to get the three options. You'd just have to make sure the other two pots are still in circuit when you switch out a different one...

So, looking at the schematic, it's apparent that there are 2 10k pots and 2 100k, so I'm now just looking to maybe put in a sliding switch to choose between the 2 10k pots. Would a standard dpdt do the trick?
