I used one of their YY boxes for a project. It was well built, though the walls were almost too thick for 1/4" phone jacks.

I was going to try those out but I am hesitant because of the small cut that was mde to fold the metal.

Hi Guys and Girls,
  This is mike from pedalenclosures.   The new ONE enclosure is a bit thinner in the walls than the YY (I learned a few things casting the YY). 
  These are made right here in the US, specifically for the pedal market, not offshore... 

  If you have any questions, just ask, I've been on this board for years, sadly not much time for building these days...

Just put up a couple new pics of the ONEs up on the site.  I've got gloss black, gloss white, red apple flake and metallic blue ones in late last week.  I'll have those up shortly - just gotta take pics.

Seconding the request for more info on your website. Photos of inside, the connection between lid and box, dimensions, etc.

I've added more pics added to the ONE enclosure section on my site as well as a FAQ page that has a diagram of the ONE's dimensions.  I haven't had time to get more pics done of the inside, but I did add a pic of the bottom plate fastened to the enclosure.  I've countersunk the screws on the plate so the enclosure could be easily velcro'd to your pedal boards.

Any other questions, just ask...

I chose to leave this alone, mainly due to the whole standard vs. metric issue.  Also, someone might want to use a specialty fastener for aesthetic purposes.

It's hard to tell from the pics, but the outer shell has pilot holes already, so all you would have to do is tape the two pieces together to locate holes for the tabs (if you wanted to pre-drill for a threaded fastener or a standard sheet metal screw).  You would have to look up what diameter to drill for the specific size sheet metal screw you were interested in, same for a machine screw before tapping.  Or a self-tapping screw would work as well.....
