iB modded Nova Delay

I searched here...nothing.

Wondering if anyone knows just what was changed on the iB modded Nova Delay.
Any info?
I've heard the main change was to the bypass buffer.

Is it DIY'able?
For the average person maybe not, but for us here, maybe possible I'm thinking.

Was very easy to do.

I'm wondering mainly if the upgraded bypass buffering is doable for someone like me?
I'm 52 and have been doing DIY stuff on damn near everything since I was 10, so I'm not afraid of something that may be considered "Advanced Level DIY".
Even SMD stuff.
