adjusting board size on Eagle

I am trying to do a layout on eagle right now from a simple schematic I drew up and am having a hard time.  The defalt board size looks really big, and I don't know how to make the size smaller.  Any tips?

click the move tool from the tool bar and click-release-drag on the white boundry line. the boundry line lives in the dimension layer, FYI, if thats not turned on.
