ProCo Rat R2DU Switching

If any one is familiar with the rack mounted R2DU, can you tell me how I could wire the unit so that I could use one standard foot switch (i.e. a foot switch that uses a 1/4" cord) for each side? I'd like to use the amp channel change feature on the k switch ( http://payne-labs.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=22&Itemid=34 ) to turn the each side on or off.

the r2du i know uses relays for switching, if those black boxes on the board are relays after all

here is a gut shot and a section of the schematic for the r2du footswitch, its not a hard system to wire up
