wiring switch and jacks for amz booster?

Hi I'm building nthe amz mosfet booster using this layout. How would I wire the switch and jacks? Thanks

What is v+? Also i have a 2.7k resistor, would that work in place of the 2.2k one?

v+ connects to the positive terminal of the battery and/or dc jack input as shown in the linked to diagram. it is +9v in the amz schematic.

2.7k will be fine and should only affect led brightness. it will be ever so slightly dimmer. the bigger the resistor the dimmer the led - too big and it wont light at all, too small and it may fail or draw too much current away from your circuit, affecting performance and/or causing a pop on switching.
