Without having the proper tools to screen print enclosures I have been buying them pre-powder coated.  Since I want to keep them as professional looking as possible, I don't want to try to use laminate stickers and lacquer over it.  I have been looking around trying to find a place that does custom vinyl decals like on cars and signs (posters) but haven't been able to find much on the internet.  I have already checked the wiki and unfortunately there is nothing on vinyl decals so I figured I would ask if anyone knew the best way of getting your hands on something of the sort.

I did this for my previous job. Problem is, if you get CUT VINYL then the smaller lettering needed for labels will peel off easily.

You CAN find places that do printed vinyl. Basically, the design is printed straight onto white vinyl, laminated, then loaded back into the printer, which then cuts them to the desired shape, including knock outs for the pots and switches so you don't have to drill through (leave them in with the crosshairs, and you can use that as your center punch mark). The excess is weeded, transfer paper applied, and the units cut apart. The issue with this is that most places use wide format printers, and won't be keen on doing anything less than 1 foot or so by the printer's size (figure 48"). You're looking at a chunk of money, and many decals.

Forgot to say, if you find a place, check with them anyways... they may be willing to throw one or two in an empty space on the next larger job they do. You may want to ask, and mention that you can wait for a bit if needed. They should be worth it, if the company uses decent materials (I can vouch for Avery and 3M, while Orical is usually on the budget side)
Give a man Fuzz, and he'll jam for a day... teach a man how to make a Fuzz and he'll never jam again!
