Pedal graphics - anyone try these?

The iron on stuff seems designed for fabrics, but how would it fare on aluminum?

I've used iron-on t-shirt transfer paper before.  Make sure to get the stuff for DARK shirts.  Be careful when using the iron, as it will melt/tear/smear.  Then clear coat over it when it cools. 

As for the hologram paper, sounds pretty cool... why not give it a shot and report back to us?

Did you need to do anything to the enclosure surface to get the iron on to adhere? Did you have problems with the iron on buckling, either as it cooled or when clear coating?
