if i'm reading right,  just use a normal wart. add a 78**, done deal.

get any voltage below 12v you need...like the boss pd1 i was working on, with the dc-dc convertor...in that case, mod it with this chip to replace the original convertor, add a 10 v regulator and back in business...it takes from 2-16v in, and is preset at 12v out.

what do you think? think i wanna try me some...
