well thanks mate, you really had to wait until AFTER I bought 2 x cheap wah pedals from ebay just for the enclosures, just this week, didn't you!    One of them was supposed to be as new but the switch was cactus! The other one was a stock Crybaby from who knows what year and it sounds pretty good, why have I never owned a Crybaby before? So now, I go off to mammoth and buy 4 x wah enclosures with free international shipping! Yeah thanks a lot, now I'm $129 poorer    But really, I think you made my day! So a real Thank You this time. 

I really like the alloy in the mammoth wah's/expresion pedals, its a very light alloy and nice to drill/work with. You end up with a wah pedal that doesn't weigh a ton. But sloppy axle fit, I'm thinking line bore and press in brass bushes or ball bearings, and instead of a splined axle, tap the pedal section for grub screws to hold the axle in place.
