First, welcome to the board

Assuming the jumpers in resistor slots are accurate, the transistors bent over like that makes me wonder if one of their legs could be shorting on something? I see they're socketed, so take them out, bend a kink into the outer leads so the spacing is right, clip them to about ⅜" from transistor body and reinsert, observing orientation.

I can't tell anything about the wiring from the photo.

Did you solder in "Tone" and "Mid" pots? I see a mid bypass jumper, so maybe that pot is not needed? There are also a couple of other component slots left open- a diode and what looks like it should hold an electrolytic cap. Verify that all components needed for this version are correct value, and oriented correct on the board.

Finally, it looks like the volume and gain? pots attach one end of the board, but I don't see how the other end is mounted in the enclosure- is there a method to assure that the soldered side does not short on anything in the box?

Let us know if this helps

im on my way to help build a garage today so itll be later before i can bend those transistors and then pull the pcb out. according to the build doc i got everything in its place. it mentions nothing about those empty component spaces not even a word about using jumpers in them. heres the build doc

Are you getting any noise out of it at all? The fact that you're not even getting an LED tells me you may have wired the switch incorrectly. Can we see how you wired that?
