EP Booster -copy. Only bypass signal

This is my first DIY pedal. I have looked through my vero circuit and I found no mistakes.
I try to give some information as said on the debugging post.

-Pedal let's signal through only when the effect is bypassed.
-It's supposed to be "Xotic EP Booster"

-I replaced Q1 with J201 and Q2 with 2N5088 (as seen on the schematics. There's different ones on the vero layout)

I'm using 9V battery which gives 9,7V

When battery is in the clip the black wire goes to ground ad gives 0V.
Red wire gives 9,4V

Q1
C = 8,7V
B = 1V
E =0,59V

Q2
D = 7,9V
S = 0,37V
G = 0V

D1
A = 9,08V
K = 8,47V

Welcome to the forum

You can't just replace the 2SC1815 with a 2N5088. The 2SC1815 has the pins arranged

Emitter     E
Collector  C
Base        B

The 2N5088 has

Collector
Base
Emitter

So if you use one you have to twist the collector and base leads so they fit the right spots on the layout. If you haven't done this, that will stop it working.

I first put it in so that the legs were in wrong spots, but changed them later to the right configuration. Can it be damaged due my mistake?

Here's a pic from the front and then the backside. The back looks messy because I used a marker a bit there while trying to put some sense to it. To make the vero board a little bigger, every other line is empty of the horizontal lines, and every third of the vertical lines. Otherwise the board would have been too small to fit the components to. So the ones I marked with a black marker. I also used Paint to show the cuts on vero better and to show you the input, output etc.

Hope you understand that mess... And help me find the solution for the problem.
