DIEFET - Verified layout and some Questions??

I'm planning to build a Diefet soon, and I was looking for some schems etc..
I have the project pdf for the V1.21 which has a schem, parts list and PCB artwork, but no compoonent layouts.
Does anybody have the component layouts for this version, and is it confirmed as working?

Also, the FET's used are J201's, which I have a handful of, but do they need to be matched in any way?
