Pretty cool but I don't know how "super" this echo would be with a MN3207 as the BBD!!

I like the dual or should I say "dualing" inputs!

After looking at this again, I would have given half a left nut for one of these when I first started singing back in "77"! I would have been a star with an "echo" unit like this!
I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)

lol...yah, back then, things were quite different!!

i have an old seiwa/sekova analog delay i just traded some crap for. cool unit, haven't opened it yet, but gotta *LOVE* that whole 100ms or so of delay. ;)

it sounds like a nicer version of the venerable rat shack reverb. ;)

i remember my first recording session back in 1980, was my birthday, and we were recording at "AAA" sound in coventry ct.
we had covered a gordon lightfoot song called "protocol", and had changed it from a folky ballad into a southern rock-ish power house complete with harmonized lead guitar duels and all..

anyways, at the end of it, i had discovered while adding some echoplex (hi tech back then) to the mix, if i sped up the echo with the repeats up, we got the classic "space ship taking off" effect.

the owner of the studio also had a digital delay, one of the first, and INSANELY expensive...several grande when he had bought it a few years prior. that was a lot of money back then!!!

well... i got the bright idea of using the digital delay to do the same thing (with it's owner's blessing, thank god) as we did with the echoplex...

and i smoked that mother@#$%er. turns out that early digital units would "burn in" if you gave them too much feedback.

oooooops.

i don't think he ever got it fixed. i felt terrible!! ;)
