Hi
I always end up here when i google pedal stuff, so why not just join and look here first.
I need help identifying a diode. I bought it beliving it was 1n276, only seeing 3 stripes (red, purple, blue), but now I see a 4th strip. Can´t realy tell what color, blueish but not like the blue strip.
Does someone know??

The side with the red side is the chatode and my somewhat unreliable DMM give me a forward voltage in the range of 200-250.

A can´t find anything about 1n276f, or if any suffix is used with 1n276. But that site says that 4 digit diodes have 5 strips so maybe it is, or a manufacturer that don´t follow the standard.
I guess it´s germanium anyway, right?
