Does multiple layers of rustoleum cure to a hard finish? I've been using krylon and find they don't harden completely

peterg - do you have a thrift store nearby? If so, get yourself a cheap toaster oven, it's just the thing for baking out stompbox finishes thoroughly. Seems to work well to harden every type of paint I've tried.
