Identity of this fuzz from the schematic?

I have this schematic in my eagle library called 'FuzzHoe' (wtf?) that I don't really remember doing. Can anybody identify what fuzz it might be? I've looked at (what I consider) most of the usual suspects, but I can't seem to draw any parallels. It is probably pretty stock. I have another similar schematic but with a capacitor blend as a tone control. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Take the J201 off the front of it and it resembles a number of early-on fuzzes. The J201 buffer looks like a late addition to update a long-ago fuzz.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Good call. I had noticed the buffer in the front, and the 'depth' control is similar to the fuzzrite by mixing the signal from the first stage with the second. I couldn't seem to find any schematics that used a blend control from the clean (or in this case buffered) signal to the effected signal. Maybe that was something I made up from the fuzzrite? It does resemble the buff n' blend. Weird.
