Phaser ramp speed?

Hey!  I can easily enough figure out in the phaseur fleur schematic how to put 2 chosen speeds on a spdt switch but I don't know how to get the speed to ramp up and down when selecting one or the other. I did a search but not coming up with much. It must be possible. Anyone point me in the right direction?? Thanks
