modified EA tremolo

didn't get it to work it right. I have a signal when engaged, volume control is working but no rate or depth.
Already checked the components and they seem to be positioned fine. Did a voltage check on the transistors:
I've got on Q1 (D/G/S = 4,8V/2,6V/1,2V), on Q2 no voltage on any pin, and the same for Q3.

Any idea?

had to install the led, sorry1 now it works fine!
