Ruby 0.5 Watt Amplifier Voltage Listings

Does anyone have voltage listings of the Ruby amp.

I pieced it together and i can't get sound.

I'm definately getting some power into the circuit but i'm not getting any sound out.

Ground pin at zero.

Power pin at +9V (say).

Input pins at zero.

Output pin at half supply voltage (~~4.5V).

Bypass pin near half supply.

Gain pins near 1.2V.
