NTE490: pinout?

What's the pinout on the NTE490 mosfet?

The diagram seems rather unspecfic.
From the first pic I can't tell if I'm looking at it with the flat side towards me or the rounded side towards me.

I would say the diagram has the flat side towards you.

NTE has garbage datasheets, fairchild ftw. I found this topic comparing the BS170 to the NTE490

I wiped the re-stamping off a 490 to see what it really was... they just use a paint filler, so after cleaning I could faintly see the "170".
