Dead Boss BD-2 any readings, got a worker ?

Hi,
Trying to fix a friends "dead" Boss BD-2 and would appreciate some DC values if poss.

Bypass works.
Powered = no output whatsoever.
All cable connections seem good and there is power throughout the board relative to ground.
Cannot see any shorts after checking all solder points with a mag glass.
5 or 6 parts have been modified, ( a few caps/ diode & 2 resistors ) I have re-touched over almost every solder connection to make sure that's good.

Perhaps it's the "flip flop" is not flopping, would need an idea of voltage to look for when "ON" ?

Also can't seem to find a decent schematic, I have one that's quite blurred and hard to read.

Maybe use an audio probe to see were the signal gets lost?
