looking for enclosure

Hi folks-
I'm looking for a (preferably) die-cast enclosure similar to a Hammond 1590P1 or a Bud CU-476 (6"L x 3.25"W x 2" deep ), but a little bit (but not too much) larger on the width, like 3.5" or so.  It can even be a little shallower, like maybe BB depth (1.3x").  I've scoured the Interwebs to no avail, the above mentioned being all I could find.  Anybody know of anything that might work for me?  Thanks!

I'm working on a few sizes of larger sloped enclosure designs along the lines of the old EHX pedals.

I have a friend who works at a state of the art (laser cutters and all) sheet metal fabricating shop, and I've talked to the owner who's an acquaintance of mine.
They're going to whip up some prototypes which I'll post images and dimensions of to see if there's any interest for a run.

I've looked extensively for larger enclosures as well.
There's not a whole lot of choices!

You got that right...I looked at the DDs (and used them before) but they're a little bigger than I'd like.  Thanks, though!  Might just have to try to cram everything into the P1...

Have you considered the 1590J? 5.71x3.74x1.77

Yeah, that one's on my list too...there's going to be three stomp switches and I would prefer to have the 6" width for that little extra bit of clearance between stomps, but want to take up as little pedalboard space as possible, so I'm trying to avoid the width of a DD.  That J is pretty close though, might have to try it.  Thanks!

There's a 1550E which is a bit smaller then a 1590DD.

I've put three switches across a 1590Q (square 4.75) at 1.75 inches apart. The middle one is set at the very front of the enclosure with the outside two set back a bit so you can access all three easily. Also used a switch with a taller actuator for the middle switch.

The earlier mentioned 1590J would look to give plenty of space for the three switches. Lay it out on a piece of paper throw it on the floor and try out your shoe size.

Might want to check Newark as well, for their Multicomp series enclosures. Just search for "Multicomp diecast". The G124 is what I've used on a few builds.

They might have a size that fits your bill.
