Delay Pedal Issue

Having a weird issue with my delay pedal. Everything works power-wise.
I'll either get no signal, a clean signal or this : http://youtu.be/UE47BEfVaag
It is a Modton Analog Delay using a PT2399 IC.
I replaced the diode just to be safe and that had no effect.
Unfortunately I can't find a schematic for any Modton pedals anywhere.

You seem to be having different issues when you're moving the controls.

Look at the solder joints on the board mounted pots.
