I just thought i would say Thanks to all who posted  !! :)
I play tested it tonight , and it's dead quiet  !!   :icon_mrgreen:

Here it is ... it's not super fancy , but it's really all i need !

Very clean looking, but also very big enclosure :) I guess you could fit that in 1590B! Do you have any PCB layouts and schematics for this?

SMPS + linear stabilizer -- I also use that idea. The difference is that I am a little bit afraid from 220VAC in metal enclosure close to pedal outputs that's why my 12V smps wallwart stays as is and feeds the "box" with 7809 inside. Features:
x) total current about 1A (with current wallwart, theoretically can go up to 1.5A)
x) 10 outputs
x) big electrolytic cap + extra cap soldered directly at each output
x) switch
x) status led
x) compact size.

Don't be afraid: just connect the ground pin of the power cord securely to the metal box. I VERY MUCH HOPE that HOTTUBES wired his like that - I can't tell from the photo exactly. Use a screw that doesn't attach to anything else, and give it a lock washer and a ring terminal. Solder a (green) wire from the ring terminal to the ground pin of the AC cord connector.

Does anyone have a schematic for a power supply like this one?  Thanks.

I just designed a new fuzz circuit! It almost sounds a little different than the last fifty fuzz circuits I designed! ;)

Looks great, is that a tall 125b enclosure?

It was a 1590D Hammond  !!!
I like the bigger size .....
