Another Valvecaster/BoobTube variation - needs checking

This is the electric guitar pedal prototype I have been working on today. It's based on combination of things: valve part is Boob Tube (witch is based on Valvecaster), in front of it is micro amp and on the back is simple buffer both utilizing single OPA2134 chip. It's also Harry's SM0VPO charge pump powering tubes. Regulator is set to 12.6V DC, each diode pair section of charge pump adds 12.6V witch adds up to 70+V for HV+. True Bypass on both - valves and boost.

I would like you folks to check this out - is this thing is going to work, what mistakes I made etc.   Any comment would be appreciated.
