4 pin input jack?

So, I haven't got all the parts I need for my build yet so I gutted an old TS7 I had laying around for the op amp and the jacks.  The problem is, I'm not quite sure what goes where because the jacks both have 4 pins.  Have you guys encountered those types before?  It looks similar to this:

plug a jack into it and use your meter to find out what goes where.
