Hi everybody,

I've just finished building Demeter Tremulator clone and I have this weird issue: there is a rhythmic popping noise (at the same rate at the trem rate) EVEN if the pedal is in bypass.
It's starting to get freaking frustrating because I have no idea what is be wrong with it. The circuit did not have this issue before I've hooked it up to the 3pdt switch and put it into the enclosure.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Paul D.

Try shielding all input/output cables attached to the 3dpt and going into/out of the board.

That could work.

Even in bypass the ground is still connected to your guitar's signal and the LFO tick can make your ground noisy. Or it could be the tick being transmitted as radio waves.

Did you star ground? Did you shield? Before boxing was the LFO circuitry more distant from the bypass circuitry?

I have built a noiseless one, so it is possible.

Use the search function.  LFO Ticking is a pretty common occurrence.
Usually solved by shielding cables, as David suggested...checking for ground loops, being sure NO LFO wiring is near signal wiring...and finally by placing a small series resistance (100R?) followed by a capacitor to ground (1000uF)? in the V+ line.
