Deep Blue Delay Breadboard Diagram?

I'm creating the Deep Blue Delay for a project in electronics class, and I have to build it on a breadboard before I make the Printed Circuit Board and put it all together. So for my problem. No matter how many times I've fixed and changed around the components on the breadboard, it doesn't seem to work. If someone could find something to help me build the Deep Blue Delay on a breadboard that would be much appreciated

If it was me I'd start from the ic complete that section and double check then move to the next section etc.
Google bread boarding and use you tube guides.
I'm getting better at bread boarding but I'm not perfect yet.
Keep going you get there buddy
