I'd double/triple check all those track cuts. blurry or not, I can see a few whiskers of copper. and all those blue body resistors. gah, good luck with them.

the gator is an auto-wah type thing, no? it looks like the next thing I need to breadboard just to understand the working. if I had a sausage prize for the "bizarre circuit of the month" competition, the gator would win hands down.

Yeah, I prefer carbon film resistors simply because they can be identified easier but the store only had metal film (do >4M even exist as carbon film?)
I'll check the traces although I'm pretty sure all cuts were definite. Maybe I'll find something else and put this thing to work.
The layout looked easy  :( except for the extravagant ICs.
