I can't comment on the Small Bear wire but I didn't like the PPP bonded & stranded wire very much. I found it to be quite weak and fragile.

I can't comment on the #24 specifically, but I use SBE's #22 for everything and it's incredible. I don't like PPP's at all - it breaks easily if it flexes after soldering.

With SBE's, each individual strand is tinned rather than the whole thing being bonded like PPP's, so it takes solder very easily but remains flexible. I would imagine that the #24 is similar.

Of the two I've only tried the Small Bear #24 offering and see no reason to switch.
