Odd voltages on transistors in a Colorsound Overdriver build

I just measured my BC109 transistors on my Overdriver build...but the voltages are way off:

Q1 -- 8.52
Q2 -- 9.32
Q3 -- 9.32

I used this layout:



I am probably overlooking something very basic, but I'll be damned if I can figure out what I'm doing wrong.  I followed the layout quite carefully.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'd say your transistors are backwards.

Actually, I figured it out...I forgot to connect one of the ground rails properly.  Everything's working fine now.  :-)
