ibanez fl-301a switch

Hi,
Does anyone know about how the older Ibanez rectangle switches work.  Looking at the schematic they look like a M.O push switch.  If that is correct, has anyone taken the physical switch apart?  I am looking to see how the contact is made and what holds the top metal section from popping out.
