Yeah-- I will probably build a few of these.  I still have a bunch of Charge Pump boards to use up!

If you noticed I squished the layout you gave me removing 2 rows.  I fattened the last row up (left) so it would fit the chicklet cap.  There is a plastic standoff hole in the middle, and I sized it to fit a 125B build.  Pretty sweet and very inexpensive.  I usually use the Dallas Arbiter 1967 boards, but they are a little big, and bit on the pricey side for what they are.  I wish I could find a Gerber of one, and I would just have a stack made.

This is fun anyway!  I don't usually have problems with solder bridges-- Just got popped twice in a row, and it really burned me out.  On the good side, my big builds (Dyna Comp and Klon) got finished up this weekend, and both of those work, with no issues.  So, I am back on Ozzy's Crazy Train.

Thanks for the help.

I have a local surplus electornics place here I grab it at when they have it.  I think it is "Thermosleeve" brand.

The cheap stuff is "shiny"-- this has a "flat" finish to it with adhesive in it.  It is the BEST STUFF EVER.  I get it for around a $1 for 4 foot.

1/8" is perfect for LED and tranny leads.  3/16" is perfect for potentiometers, and some input/output jacks, and 1/4" works for the big lugs on the input/output jacks.  I'll check the brand when I get home tonight...

Yep.  The heatshrink is "Thermosleeve" polyolefin.  I get it in 4 foot lengths, but it comes in 2.5' packages and 100' spools.  Highly recommended.  Cuts easy, and shrinks down really well.

I ordered a 3/16" eyelet crimper over the weekend.  Hopefully that will make the constuction of the eyelet boards super simple.  I have about 3 projects going on, and nothing getting accomplished.  Still waiting on my PCB's from China.  They were shipped on 2/19 and still haven't arrived.  I kind of expected them last week.  I'm gonna build a couple more DynaComps, and a couple more Klons-- waiting for parts.  I've run out of Wha's to mod too... I'm itching to work on something...  :icon_eek:
