Is there a way to mount those knob-less 9mm pots without using a PCB mount?

Basically, I want to use something like this a vero board build:

I want to build a simple boost pedal which will have a larger pot and knob for the bosst control but I want to use a few low profile pots that aren't as noticeable for small eq tweaks without having to use trim pots.

Any ideas?

Could you mount them on vero or perf and then screw that in to the enclosure with some PCB nut standoff things.

The pin spacing is 0.1" so they will fit vero or perf you'll probably need to drill a couple of holes or enlarge existing ones to fit the mounting tabs though. I'd do what Marcus suggested to mount the board to the box.

I was asking myself the same question.

How to do that if you don't want to ruin a panel by putting screws through it?

The other sides of the box are also not available because of the main board and components.

And Tayda don't has 1M or 500k log pots of this kind for a small amp build, but the tone pot could work as an anchor or i could just glue it to the box...

Any other ideas?

If you don't want to drill the box you can glue bolts or standoffs to the inside using an epoxy glue or a "plastic metal" type product.

Just saw that Tayda has the 500k log pots with nuts now...

Glue bolts with epoxy is really a good idea, since I already bought the pots one month ago...
